The Co-Teacher provides children with a positive learning environment and varied experiences that will help them develop in all areas in a manner appropriate to their age and developmental level.
Schedule: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, year-round position with some breaks (Christmas break, Spring break, and a couple weeks in the summer that are non-paid workdays).
Starting Wage: $18.27/hour

This position will address workforce shortages within North Dakota’s Weatherization Assistance Program by developing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering key partnerships. This role focuses on attracting skilled candidates, particularly for leadership positions, to ensure program sustainability and impact. By building a strong workforce, the specialist will enhance energy efficiency efforts and create meaningful career opportunities statewide.
Salary: $55K-$57K
