Helping HAND Program
This program addresses unmet housing needs for low-income households. Funds support owner-occupied, existing single-family homes.
For single family households this program can pay 75% towards home repairs and the owner is responsible to pay 25%. Applicants are served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
