Career Coaching
Career Coaching provides wrap around services to individuals who are underemployed or unemployed by connecting them to in-demand training and career pathways. SENDCAA is partnering with United Way to support families in obtaining employment.
Career Coaching Goals Are:
- Establish and increase workforce collaborations/partnerships to leverage resources and services
- Help participants to enter the workforce
- Increase access to education services such as workforce skill training and supportive services
